2008 is going to be an exciting year for Dougies Sydney with new sponsorship deals, new advertising campaigns and new stockists, including our newest Retailer - Lyons Highland Supplies in Melbourne, Australia.

In a new deal between Dougies Sydney and Lyons Highland Supplies, both styles of Dougies will now be available from the world renowned brand which has previously focussed on Pipe Band equipment. Owned by Rebecca and Ian Lyons, a former dancer and a piper with the 78th Fraser Highlanders (Canada) respectively, Lyons Highland Supplies is a leading retailer for Pipe Band supplies.

Well known dance teacher Sarah Adams will be heading up sales for Dougies at Lyons and is looking forward to being involved as the Melbourne business expands it's Highland Dancing range.

Sarah, Rebecca's sister, has been teaching dancing for several years and is a proud supporter of the Dougies brand, with many of her championship winning pupils wearing the pumps.

It is an exciting start to the year which will allow Dougies Sydney customers more flexibility and will assist in reaching a broader client base.
