If the item is to be given as a gift, please provide gift date when placing order and we will begin the Exchange/Return period on the gift date. Custom Orders : Custom ordered items may not be returned. DELIVERY Products should be shipped within 7-10 days. If delays are expected the you will be notified via email. BACK ORDERS In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated shipping date. Unless otherwise instructed, we will fulfill and ship the remainder of your order. You will not be charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped. Also, we will never charge you additional shipping charges for shipping a back-ordered item.
