A CD for Highland Dancing by 3 time World Champion dancer David Wilton.

On Diversity, David a created the ultimate collection of tracks for the performance and training of Highland Dancing.

In addition the SOBHD tempo Highland tracks, David has provided dancers and teachers with marathon tracks perfect for work with lines of dancers or for intense stamina training.

Of the extra features; a highlight would be the Sword Quicktime practise track, where David gives the dancer a 16 count introduction in slow tempo then launches into the SOBHD quicktime. This feature along with the staple tracks of the CD make this the perfect musical background for the practise of Highland Dancing.
